- Oversee the whole operations for Jordan and Iraq through supervising a number of departments with senior positions.
- Responsible for performing different due diligence/enhanced due diligence procedures for the work of the organization including risk assessment.

- Upgrade systems through coaching staff, placing SOP’s, training, reporting, and by remote management of staff and assets as well for working with top management.
- Oversee the whole Procurement/Supply Chain Cycles for the operations of the company in the Middle East through managing a number of top senior personnel in every country.
- Responsible for managing the tendering processes starting from issuing RFP's, ITB's, RFQ's to tendering, quotations, evaluation, control of delivery, Warehousing, and issuance of products through a Total Quality Management and WMS system.
- Upgrade inventory controls, warehousing, fleet management systems for the Middle East in countries under supervision as well for remote management.
- Plan and conduct capacity building strategies by providing training(s), guidance and leading heads of supply departments on daily basis.
- Ensure smooth processes through creating SOP, Due diligence and Quality control measures.
- Run a full Strategic Supply Chain unit for one of the supreme FMCG/Food/Cosmetic high branded companies through supervising 100+ staff.
- Play a leader role in all procurement and E-procurement matters starting from planning to tendering to delivery of orders.
- Manage performance and production as per Performance Management Plan and KPI's.
- Control Cold/Normal and Green Lean warehouses and a logistics fleet of 70+ vehicles through ERP, WMS and tracking systems.
- Plans and implements different work plans and cost cutting/cost savings for the operations through Six Sigma concepts and successful negotiations.
- Ensures success through different KPI's and metrics through the supervised departments.
- Develop and implement different SOPs, Quality controls for all departments.
Provided a number of consultation projects in the MENA region.

- Leading and Responsible for the overall operations of the Procurement and Supply Chain Cycle for all medical and none medical projects in Jordan.
- Participate in costing of on-going operations to enable clearer understanding of costs and methodologies to lower costs.
- Fleet management through supervising 10+ drivers and training.
- Deal with legal authorities through inspecting, legalization, clearance of different shipments in the pipe-line.

- Issue all RFP, RFQ, ITB, ITT's and make sure all the procurement process is moving till the point of delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Place the whole Procurement and Logistical strategy of the group.
- Main negotiator on behalf of the group for all contractual agreements with vendors/service providers.
- Assist the CEO of the group by providing advice on different aspects in relations to contractual agreements as well for negotiations.
- Upgrade existing ERP/SAP system using different technologies to enhance the work of the Procurement Department.
- Lead the Supply and Procurement department to success through placing SOP’s, training and supervising staff as well for placing a whole audit system on all steps of the Supply Chain Cycle.
- Maintain JIT/Lean warehouses through running a smooth interactive system controlled through 150+ staff members.
- Reach 45%+ of cost cutting through planning, negotiations and training of staff.
- Work on ISO achievement to the organization as well for HACCP.

Managing end to end Supply Chain / Sourcing / Warehouses / Distribution operation for the largest Industrial catering facility to serve 150K meals per day.
- Sourcing for 400+ local/international clients/suppliers
- Import / Port clearance / transportation of more than 300 x 40 ft. containers (Frozen, Dry and Chilled) per month.
- Control 11 Cold Stores: 3 main Distribution Hubs and 8 remote branches, ~40, 000 Pallet spots.
- Looking after 300+ employees and operatives running the Supply Chain and Logistics operation.
- Designed, developed and implemented Alerts and threshold mechanism in all Supply and logistics operation processes
- Initiated a Supplier evaluation and performance model to rate Suppliers performance; Agreed with Suppliers on several metrics to improve for the overall B2B/Partnership and collaboration.
- Designed, co-developed and implemented a Dashboard that includes KPIs across all functions in Supply Chain and Cost control and performance measures among all branches
- Lead the costing of all products of the company to help operations achieve targets.
- Manage Procurement & Logistics for a number of countries within the operations of the United Nations.
- Responsible for the tendering process starting from demand to RFP / ITB / RFQ to closed/open tenders towards a full delivery while maintaining high quality processes that comply to the company requirements.
- Responsible for the importation of more than1200 X 40" Container/Month through a tracking and ERP / SAP systems.
- Ensure continuous data from market surveys, KPI's, Stock control for Min/Max stock while looking at FIFO, LIFO & FEFO, Cold/Dry and refrigerated storage as well for chemicals.
- Coordinate with different ministries in Iraq on the implementation of such supply chain management to ensure the smooth delivery of goods. Working knowledge on Donors funds such as USAID, ECHO, DFID, Others.
- Lead an effective cost-cutting plan through successful negotiation with suppliers.
