● Collaborating & executing quality system, steering project execution, performing inspections as per (ITP)
● Supervising quality control as per the international/national standards, coordinating in quality audit with client and creating QCP/ITP/Loop Folder/Motor Solo Run Package and electrical and instrument activity
● Steering material receiving inspection, installation, testing & commissioning of electrical equipment as per international standard, collaborating and developing pre-commissioning &commissioning package and project final dossier package
● Organising FAT/SAT with respective vendor, internal quality program as schedule in quality plan and performing with Material Controller; working on the HVAC system
● Conducting final walkthrough with client, developing punch list of the remaining activity and working on package system preparation & punch item killing activity
● Coordinating in non-conformance for unaccepted activity, administering the NCR/LBE from client by regular monitoring and adopting preventive procedure measures
● Ensuring meeting the contractual technical specification and standard to keep formal records of the inspection, testing &pre-commissioning result for project, administering the electrical & instrument activity and performing installation inspection, witness, testing & pre-commissioning of electrical activity in accordance with project standard & international standard
● Following up with vendor of completion of the project as per schedule and performing plant lighting system, installation HV/MV/LV Cable Hi-Pot/VLF Test and Insulation Test
● Directing the coordination of relevant departments for sorting out queries of faster completion of project, attending weekly quality meeting with client, finalizing the construction issue and also attending construction and quality internal meeting with subcontractor
● Responsible in handling electrical problems or electrical engineering issues at a building, work site or other location.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site
