BI MANAGER - BI/SQL SERVER/.NET TEAM 2013 - Present

Managing a team of MS Business Intelligence (BI) developer, Cognos developer, SQL Server DBA and .Net resources within the global headquarter in Duluth, GA, USA. Current responsibilities include to manage resources, to prioritize projects, oversee technical design including data model, ETL and report design and the overall SDLC process.

Working closely with the SQL Server DBA to drive database strategy, best practice and architectural guidelines. Partnered with enterprise architecture team to contribute to enterprise architecture for MS BI and SQL Server database technology.

Leading the Data Warehouse integration projects to integrate from MS SQL Server 2005 to SAP BI 7 environment. Designed and developed data warehouse/business intelligence applications and reporting product solutions using Actuate V5/V7/V8, Cognos, Crystal Reports and SAP BI 7.0.
