MASAR is one of the factories of ACCURATE GROUP which based in Egypt and Qatar specialized in Electrical contracting and Electromechanical projects.
Duties:
Assist QHSE Manager in meeting and developing the quality objectives of the company with the other departments.
Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
Analyze data and prepare Statistical Quality Control and Key Performance Indicator reports (KPIs) to the company management.
Prepare quality plans to ensure that the key processes are consistent and predictable.
Conduct Vendors Audit Assessment.
Follow up the implementation of the traceability system at manufacturing hall.
Participate in the construction of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the inspection function.
Design and update the Quality Assurance documentations.
Supervise the inspection of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
Follow up the corrective actions’ implementation and ensure its effectiveness.
Handling, investigating and reporting customer complaints.
Supervise QC inspectors and train the new ones.
A multi-national company that is a subsidiary of INCOM AMERICA Inc. specialized in electrical wires and cables, wiring harnesses and power supply cords.
Duties:
Establish Quality Management System (QMS) at all company’s sections.
Ensure that incoming materials and finished products are complying with requirements of customers or international standards such as UL, BS and IEC standard.
Prepare and conduct internal audits to measure the effectiveness of QMS ISO 9001 in the company.
Handle customers’ complaints to discover remedies that satisfy their needs.
Analyze non-conformities, apply and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
Lead a team of quality supervisors and inspectors.
Initiate continual improvement events.
Design moulds using CAD/CAM software and operates CNC milling machine with Fanuc series.
Planning and implementing maintenance works for heavy equipments at the project of constructing a highway from Beni suef to Minya under the supervision of Egyptian Armed Forces. Leading a team of soldiers and civil workers.
