• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget
• Prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Issuing instructions to the Construction Managers to complete the work under the Project Planning and Schedules and allocating resources.
• Manage the meetings with the relevant subcontractors.
• Provide weekly cost reports and productivity/production to management.
• Monitoring and checking purchase orders/requisitions to assure that the proper cost account has been assigned to each item procured.
