1.Controlling and executing all production related activities in the plant on daily basis.
2.Preparing and implementing the 48-hour plan.
3.Conducting improving studies in the field of production & manufacturing.
4.Applying the TPM program at all machines.
5.Controlling and monitoring production objectives such as: (Machines output target, scrap, NCR’s, etc...).
1. Controlling and executing all production related activities in the plant on daily basis.
2. Controlling and monitoring production objectives such as: (Machines output target, scrap, NCR’s, etc...).
3. Ensuring operational costs are within target and minimum limits.
4. Continuously controlling material consumption rates during manufacturing processes.
5. Coordinating with other departments (Maintenance, QC, training, QA, purchasing, Technical, etc…) to facilitate the completion of daily works.
6. Preparing all periodical reports and improvement studies requested by management.
7. Taking part in implementing TPM program.
8. Scientifically analyzing NCR’s in order to eliminate the cause of these problems.
9. Controlling and supervising manpower issues (duty scheduling, vacations, rest changes, training, evaluation and upgrading).
1. Managing & controlling shift activities
2. Monitoring & controlling the implementation of planned programs: priorities & specification.
3. Studying and justifying production daily reports for all machines.
