Job Description :

- Aggressively pursuing and developing new sales opportunities, partnering with Territory Sales Managers to drive sales, providing appropriate product and application training for their respective
Territory Sales Managers and by effectively establishing strong business relationships with our
Current and future end-user customers and channel partners.

- Responsible for developing and continually updating effective written strategic Business plans for the assigned geography to ensure that we are expanding our market share at the projected growth rate.

- The Product Specialist will be expected to actively sell the entire products as applicable and coordinate with colleagues across The Company in order to maximize growth opportunities and to create value for our customers.

- Work with the commercial team, marketing and the business unit to develop and drive strategic initiatives and direction thru effective communication and leadership.

- Updating weekly report for activities all customer's visit & monthly report for total sales, problems we are facing, market update, competitors, suggestions & action plan to improve sales.
