Presently working on King Abdul Aziz Road Project -MASAR (in Makkah) as Senior ICT Engineer. Role involves Plan, direct, coordinate and lead activities of the project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame. Deeply involved to develop Telecom Infrastructure of MASAR as SMART City. The total area of the project is 1.2 Million Square meters.
o Experience in research and analysis in order to come up with the solution according to the business need. Creation of principles, processes, and operating models.
o Attending client meetings and liaise with others for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various stakeholder within the and outside organization
o ELV / ICT experience in the Infrastructure as well as in High-rise buildings for Package “A” for MASAR project which includes 4 High rise Hospitality buildings for (Hilton, Kempinski & Taj Hotels) and 2 Malls. Package “B” which included Hilton Gardens.
o Managing programming, designing, coordinating for all ELV / ICT functions in accordance with established international standards.
o Making Business Model for MASAR project for IoT services for the Smart City which include but limited to (Data Center, Cloud Service, Fiber Infrastructure, Smart Home, Smart Buildings, Smart Grid, Smart Metering,
Smart Metro Rail System, Smart Car Park System, Smart Advertising and Digital Signage)
o Designing the TIER -3 Data Center including the space planning of Data Center in close coordination with consultants, IT Systems & Network Consultants, Contractors and involve in design, review of all ICT and ELV functions and discipline required for the project.
o Review and validating Smart Systems designs for (Smart Access Control & Intrusion Detection, Smart Public Address, Smart Digital Signage/Variable Message Signage, Smart Car Park Management/Guidance System, Smart Digital Way finding, State of the art CCTV monitoring system) developed by third parties.
o Managing the overall design process and its activities and coordinate with designers and engineering experts to produce optimum design and meet target availability and performance objectives within the approved budget, schedule and program specifications.
o Designing of State-of-the-art Fiber optic network, which covers all the MASAR development to cater the City Service Network and to provided services to Telecom service provider.
o Designing the GSM coverage indoor (IBS) /outdoor to cover all the MASAR development for the high-rise hospitality smart buildings.

Working on TEP-450K project for STC (Saudi Telecom) in designing & implementation of
Broad Band, Narrow Band, SDH 155/622 (STM1, STM-4), ADSL, DSL & PSTN Networks,
the project eventually provides 30, 000 lines to STC all over Kingdom. The equipment is
known as HONET (F01A & F02B), the system runs with its own software that manage the
network namely Access Network Management System. I was responsible as a project
management for the western province of Saudi Arabia. I have to manage the technical
team of more than 10 people in 3 regions to give the technical support to OSP dept &
transmission dept. attend the meeting with consultants gave the specification for
installation of the system according to STC requirement. Conducting CSD, SQT, PAT &
FAT for RAN's & transmission, verifying the work with installation according to the
approve MOP, calculation of splice loss, attenuation loss & Section loss. Maintaining site
diaries, site instruction, tally book & discrepancy report for the Inside Plant team (ISP) &
outside Plant team (OSP). Reporting to my Implementation manager for accomplished
previous work, schedule of upcoming week, daily & weekly report and any open issue to be
resolved.
Working on Transmission /DDN (Digital data Network) department. A project for STC
(Saudi Telecom) in the expansion of their Digital Data Network all over Kingdom in this
project. I have work & visited all the telephone exchanges in the Kingdom i.e Western,
Central & Eastern region, responsibilities included: Migration: Switching from previous
analog circuits to digital high-speed connections using the STU 160 M modem. Installation
and troubleshooting of Martis DXX equipment. Also tracing of cables before they are
shifted to the DDN Network. Installation: Installation of Martis DXX equipment (Cluster,
Midi, mini and A111 nodes), their cabling and installation of various cards. Troubleshooting
of the cards and the nodes using software program.
