recommends necessary action for review (CVR -Cost Valuation Report Vs. Budget)
Worked closely with account team to identify areas to improve cash flow and leverage tools to
improve cash flow from contracts
Presentation of monthly progress meetings including reports like Site progress, HSE, Manpower
Histogram, MAS, Drawings, Financial reports etc. project with the client and consultant
The production of monthly cost and value reconciliation report
Review DPR & Preparing Monthly MIS report for internal process.
Approved Material Request (MR) from site team and checked within Budget
Preparing and pricing all variations ( FIDIC 1999 Red Book ), additional works, field changes,
additions and omission, prolongation extension of time claims, Value engineering & negotiating
agreement with the Client and Consultant as necessary
Analyze reasons for delays and disruptions, identify agency related reasons and issue notification
and change orders to the client in consultation with the Project manager
Preparation and Issue of BOQ/ LOI/ WO/ Agreements as per requirements
Handling ERP software for Subcontractor bill approval & MR approval
Preparation / verification / approvals the Certificate of Payments (COP) for Monthly Running
Account Bills and Final Settlement of Client & Subcontractors with finance team
Attending internal and external meetings with project team, contractors, consultants and vendors
including managing contractual issues and resolving disputes
Coordinating with executing team for procurement of materials
Involved Final approval process with Govt. agencies like Estidama, Municipal corporation, RTA
dept., Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Roles & Responsibility:
Setting out of the Building, surveying & leveling work
General supervision of the building up to Finishing
Supervising all construction activities including providing technical assistance & methodologies
of construction & co-ordination with management team
Co-ordinate and follow up with subcontractors and suppliers
Preparing Quantity of all related work
Preparation of bar bending schedules
Preparing progress reports & checking/certifying bills & estimation works
