• Supervised mechanical and electrical installations (2, 100 t rotary kiln, 2, 000 t cement mill structures, 3, 000 km of cables, 25 electrical rooms).
• Oversaw refractory, insulation, plant roads, and support facility construction.
• Managed QA/QC documentation (MRIRs, MARs), and coordinated approvals with the client (Yamama Cement) and consultant (PEG).
• Conducted material testing (FDT, CBR, DFT, SPT), defect management, and quality audits per QMS.
