Responsible for the Procurement for the category of Sales and Marketing at Sanofi Levant Area, handling all Events and TV Commercials and many more.

- Manage Procurement staff by planning, prioritizing assigning and reviewing the work of all purchasing Staff.
- Coordinate and distribute tasks among the local outdoors purchasing team on daily basis.
- Scheduling and notifying the purchasing staff with the status of the material for purchasing planning purposes.
- Logistics: - Plan Shipments Schedule (coordinate with sales team)
- Get Quotations and Offers from agents and shipping agencies.
- Tracking shipments

- Release container from the port on time
- Evaluation of the quotation the purchasing team and coordination for better offers.
- Confer with other departments to solve complex problems related to procurement accounting and budgeting.
- Provide reports to CEO and Purchasing Manger for the status of purchase.
- Negotiate and Execute bids that are of high importance and budget.
- Build relationships with suppliers and shipping companies and agents to maintain business workflow.

- Reporting to Sales for Packaging Materials and purchasing planning and forecast.
