Technical Support:
• Provided comprehensive IT support for 200+ employees across four offices remotely and in person.
• Spearheaded hardware upgrades, increasing performance by 30% and reducing complaints by 50%.
• Ensured smooth network operations, troubleshooting LAN and connectivity issues across multiple branches.
• Provided onboarding and offboarding support to employees, commissioning and decommissioning personal devices, and managing user accounts and authorities.
• Conducted system migrations, including transitioning from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 to 2016, ensuring ongoing vendor and security support.
• Managed the relocation of IT infrastructure during office moves, including reconfiguring PCs, monitors, printers, and other equipment.
• Handled the preparation of venues for conferences and strategy meetings with robust AV setups.
Infrastructure & Security Management:
• Served as the primary liaison for network and infrastructure operations with remote teams, handling implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Enhanced security infrastructure by implementing VLANs and ACL rules for critical systems.
• Reviewed and implemented solutions to combat cyber security vulnerabilities within our infrastructure, achieving zero security breaches over 5 years.
• Implemented infrastructure and security improvements such as RAID-5 NVR surveillance system, a redundant UPS setup, modern server-room cooling and fire suppression systems, and many others.
• Managed IT infrastructure expansions for new branch offices in two countries, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to policies.
• Administered proprietary systems and critical security tools such as Cisco CCM, Bluecoat, Zscaler, and Symantec QoS.
Leadership & Management:
• Led the IT Infrastructure & Security Part, managing IT operations across three countries.
