Being General Manager of Operations I headed the following functions: field service delivery (ATM, POS, and Security), Logistics, Purchasing and Procurement, and Repair Center. A team sums up to 370 technicians and employees.

I joined the company during a rearrangement period targeting securing the position of Alhamrani Universal as the market leader in ATM & POS service provider.
Achievements:
• ATM service delivery.
o Reengineer ATM field services process from crisis management approach to performance concentric model.
o Apply manage by reports
o Design performance monitoring and measuring set of reports.
o Define performance KPIs.
o Involve in the study of building the model that decides on adding a new service.
• POS service delivery:
o Plan the project for SPAN2 recovery project.
o Involve in the study of the best practice to conduct service delivery in POS.
• Repair Center:
o Define and emphasize the function of the repair center in the service delivery formula.
o Define the relation between repair center function and its impact on spare parts order, based on Supply - Demand model.
• Purchasing & Procurement:
o Emphasize the procurement role in purchasing and procurement function targeting:
 Enhancing stock levels through better control of purchase orders (Stock accountability)
 Eliminating wrong purchase practices.
• Logistics:
o Design the main tool that controls spare parts orders.

My current employer with more than 30 years of service; is Egypt pioneer service provider in the field of price labeling and barcode industries. During this period they could expand their business to cover three business sectors; Information Technology Systems, that focuses on Barcode and Auto Identification applications Industry, Ink-Jet that focuses on Ink-jet printing in industrial sector, and third one is the price labeling sector.

I have managed information technology systems department during a decline period that continued for more than two years before I joined the company, and I was able to drive the department to achieve a sales growth rate exceeded 50% increase during the first year, and the same growth level continued in my second year of employment.
• Manage all the department activities towards achieving the company financial objectives.
• Supervise different marketing activities towards improving the department revenues and achieve GP.
• Heads and supervises the operation of the department three main units:
• Sales Force.
• Software Development.
• Maintenance Team.
• Supervise, improve, and develop the department working processes and policies.
• Manage the department sales and purchases forecasting.

• In 2008, we are able to achieve 42% increase in sales, and 31% increase in GP with respect to 2007.

• Manage all ATM and POS installation projects with a yearly sales record exceed 60 million SR.
• Manage the purchase operation of all the spare parts requirement of the company (> 16 million SR) for both of local and international suppliers. This includes finding new suppliers, alternative items, negotiation process, etc. I could achieve distinguishable achievement especially in thie field.
• Supervise all the inventory management activities handled in Alhamrani Universal Co. in the warehouse, workshop and staging sections.
• Manage to maintain inventory with nearly zero discrepancy and optimized aging.
• Manage to maintain a smooth supply of all spare parts required for maintenance operation by managing both of the workshop and warehouse units.
• Manage all logistics tasks as placing shipping orders, follow up shipments, shipments clearance, etc.
• Plan and follow up a project to improve the company overall inventory management process
• Heads and leads the directions of business improvement and system development to increase the performance effectiveness
• Plan the department budget and engineers' increases and packages.
• Plan the department expansions in both of manpower, asset, equipment and centers.
• Analyze and recommend for contracts commitment and planning.

• Controls and supervise the engineers’ appraisals and promotions.

• Plan the department expansions in both of manpower, asset, equipment and centers.
• Analyze and recommend for contracts commitment and planning.
