-Administering transportation contracts and negotiating rates with Carriers, Shipping Forwarders, and Subcontractors.
-Manage Projects (Such as: Buildings, Manufactures, Machines, Cars, Yachts) which have special equipment, RO/RO, LO/RO, RO/LO, LO/LO, and High&Heavy equipment.
-Map the Shipping force to improve the performance of shipping volume, expand market capacity and profitability of freight charges.
-Preparing weekly reports presented to our top management.
-Playing a vital role in organizing & finalizing deals between Production, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Spare Parts, Raw Materials and our High Command Management.
-Showing high levels of commitment to tackle any problem faced by any of my team members or any other department.
-Approving all the shipping documents specially the Freight Invoices
Exporting Products.
Receive Shipments.
