My responsibility includes for Analysis and Commissioning of Computer network system in south region of Saudi Electricity Company. Support function may include the following functions:
Managing, planning, designing and administration of LAN, domain as per defined SLA ensuring maximum network uptime.
Configuration of DHCP DNS, Securing N/w resources with NTFS permissions, Managing partitions and Implementing Switched Network, using Cisco catalyst Switch 6800, 6509, 4507 & 3750 etc.
Managing VLANS, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP and implementation. Planning, scheduling, tracking and executing change requests as per defined SLA norms under change management process.
Manage Support and Configuration of Cisco 2500, 2600, 2900, 3000, 4000, 6500, 6800 & Nexus 5K series of Switches.
Managing, planning, designing and administration of WAN, domain as per defined SLA ensuring maximum network uptime.
Management, Support and Configure Cisco 2500, 3000, 4000 and 7000 routers in P-P and MPLS Environment.
Implementing and managing corporate network through static & dynamic routing (RIP v2, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc.)
Oversee the network integrity, with Network Management Service tools like Intermapper, CA, Cacti & Net flow etc.,
Support and provide IP address for users and setting up new sites across the WAN.
Configure Cisco TACACS servers for remote Access.
Managing, planning, designing and administration of LAN, WAN domain as per defined SLA ensuring maximum network uptime.
Monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting major outage as per SLA.
Coordinating with vendors for service outages.
Performing changes as per requirement in accordance with the change management.
Problem management for all network related issues as per ITIL. Providing RCA for problem and major incidents.
Securing network devices as per the ITMS policies and best practices.
My responsibility includes for Analysis and Commissioning of complete computer network system in south region of Saudi Electricity Company:
Fault tolerance using disk tools.
Monitoring of all Remotes Sites from Cisco Work, Cacti, and Inter Mapper.
Reestablishing of network nodes cabinets and circuits in all South Region.
Connection of E1 Circuit
VSAT Communication between Head Office & Remote Sites
STC Circuit complains and troubleshooting, like DSL, MPLS, DDN, IP Broad Band,
Configuration of multilayer switches such as cisco, 3750, 6500, 6800 series Nexus5K & 4500 Series,
(Catalyst 45034507R&4506) for L3 & L2
Configuration of VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP VSS & VDC.
Preventive Maintenance.
Migration of Legacy Modems/Controller system to MPLS Switching.
IT consultation to clients.
Analysis, Planning, Designing, Installation and Testing of Network, Hardware and Software as per clients demand or request.
After Sales Service, Support and Training of the clients using computer technologies.
