The Project: Madinah Haram Expansion, Saudi Arabia. Master plan preparation and detailed design (under BIM management) for the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque and its piazzas in Madinah to increase their overall capacity to over 1, 600, 000 worshipers. The project comprises 4, 740, 000 m2 of new praying areas, addition of a second floor on top of King Fahd's existing extension (Second Saudi Extension) with a total area of 211, 000, m2 and the construction of a new expansion building with a total area of 2, 490, 000 m2. Works also include a Central Utility Complex (CUC) with all required electromechanical installations; infrastructure utility networks; solid waste management system; toilet and ablution facilities; parking areas and access roads; security, low-current and telecommunication systems; and extensive landscaping.
Main role is to manage the Central Utility Complex (CUC) and the tiling of the west Piazza Projects as RE/PM with the following main responsibilities:
• Managing team of engineers
• Supervising the work on site: infrastructure & tunnels and building construction.
• Assuring quality
• Coordinating with all disciplines including the infrastructure & tunnels and building construction.
• Managing stakeholders
• Managing the Contract, Contractor Payments and Claims.
• Coordinating the resources
• Following progress and participating in time schedule preparation.
• Supporting client and contractor in achieving the project targets.
Working as a member of the consultant staff managing multiple sites in Riyadh in MOE-Buildings construction projects with the following responsibilities:
- Managing, monitoring, supervising & controlling different disciplines in the projects
- Contributing and following up the work plan
- Coordinating and following up the materials approvals and deliveries, quantities and quality
- Assuring the quality of work and give guidance to the contractor to achieve project requirements
- Support troubleshooting delays in progress and provide guidance to the contractor in managing the project to achieve project goals
- Review and recommend approval of contractors invoices
Senior Structural Engineer (Acting Parcel Manager) in King Abdallah Financial District project (KAFD) in Riyadh; a high rise buildings project with all the utilities of a new city such as infrastructure, landscaping … etc., responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising a group of Engineers, foreman, Technicians and labours to achieve the work targets
- Keeping the work within the specifications and targeted time Schedule
- Following up the survey works of the site
- Assisting the technical team in revising the design and shop drawings
- Supervising the construction works
- Assuring the quality and supporting the QA/QC department
Working as a freelancer on managerial position as a project manager and coordinator to manage and control the construction of the network of Etisalat Egypt and Mobily Saudi Arabia, responsibilities:

Shift Engineer in a multimillion Dam Construction project including the site utilities such as service tunnel and supervision buildings: which included the construction of the concrete middle portion (RCC & CVC) with two side wings composed of earth work (clay core, filters, riprap…), consolidation and curtain grout with the following responsibilities:
- Supervising, scheduling and maintaining the work of the shift
- Reporting to the section engineer and technical manager
- Coordinating with the other shift engineers
- Transferring the work progress to the next shift
