Project Title: BCS-Mailing System
BCS mailing system is designed to manage Board and Committee organized by departmental head (DVC-PSR office) and sending mailing notification as a reminder to the board and committee members to inform them regarding to meetings being organized by the head office.

Project Title: Academic Publication Board System (APBS)
Academic Publication Board System is design to automate work flow of the book / journal publication and the system facilitates to the pub dept. to generate payment slips as a payment form which will be send to payment section manually
Manuscript publication consists of various steps as follows:
1. Submission of the manuscript by author.
2. Receiving the manuscript by publication department.
3. Sending the manuscript to academic publication board.
4. Receiving the comments/opinion of the academic board member.
5. Manuscript cancellation and sending to the referees on the basis board members (In the case
Of book manuscript).
6. Receiving the recommendation from referee as a response.
7. Sending recommendation of the referees to the broad members for getting their opinion for further process.
8. Send manuscript to the author. The manuscript is needed to be edited by the author on the
basis of referee recommendation .
9. Receiving the updated manuscript files from author and send to the corresponding referee.
As per need, the above process could be carried out repeatedly by the publication department.
