•Carrying out the responsibility of Management Representative concerning ISO-45001, ISO 14001 Govt HSE Guidelines, & Company HSE policy as well as project-specific EHS manual, Developing, planning, organizing & ensuring its efective implementation overall, monitoring & continual improvement.
•Support development and rollout of HSE strategic, goals plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with the Client HSE Standards and annual improvement plans.
•Preparing project Audit schedule & carry out management system structured safety inspections of all field accommodation barge facilities,
•Prepare and Conduct the Risk Assessments of all the routine and non-routine activities of the assigned facility involving facility staf and workers.
•Drive compliance with internal policies, procedures, and plans as applicable external HSE regulatory programs.
•Conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis to identify key factor and close it accordingly.
•Conduct emergency evacuation mock drill in accordance with emergency procedures.
•Develop COSHH assessments and maintain MSDS for all the HAZMAT in the facility.
•Conduct environmental impact assessments EIA for the activities of assigned facilities.
•Promote HSE Vision, HSE Culture and referring procedures, processes, tool and documents.
•Conduct HSE induction, trainings, Campaign and (TBT) in order to develop awareness Among Site workers and management.
•Prepare weekly, monthly statical report and update Das-board accordingly. \]\]\] Dec 2015 to June 2021
