My core work with RTKL mainly involved in Health Care projects in the Kingdom. As medical equipment planning requires intense co-ordination between contractor, consultant and the client. My main objective is to facilitate our client and other concerned parties with technical information with respect to medical equipment in Revit or AutoCAD format.

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks.
• Assists with construction document preparation
• Revises drawings and renderings
• Conducts research for the project team
• Produces graphic presentation and builds study models
• Performs calculation and basic analytical tasks
• As an AutoCAD & Revit senior Draughtsman, primary role is the complete oversight and direction of the RTKL team, to include
Equipment Drafting and Designing),
• Preparation of Details and shop drawings.
• Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.
• Review project related design Documents and Issue for Construction drawings to insure completion and appropriate coordination
process.
• Review all vendors and consultants shop drawings to make sure that the shop drawings are in coordination with the Issue for
Construction drawings.
• Coordination and development of detailed pre-installations drawings and room development drawings by incorporating information
provided by vendors, site engineers and end users.
• Coordination and development of proposal drawings with input from end users to resolve issues related to medical equipment pre-
installation requirements.
• Reconciling medical equipment drawings with up to date Attainia database of medical equipment.
• Maintaining drawing standards with respect to illustration of technical information on the drawings.
• Keep track of received and submitted drawings for co-ordination purpose.
• Co-ordination with site team for ongoing site issue with respect to architectural and medical equipment drawings.
• Preparing of As-built drawings once jobs are completed.
• As technical drawing is language used for coordination between Planners, Architects, engineers, technician and the end users,
responsible for development of Shop Drawings and technical drawings that are more elaborate and easy to understand.

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Details and shop drawings.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
• Preparing chilled water pump room layout and section details
• Preparation of isometric, plan, section details, and schematics drawings
• Civil Drawing like Building Drawings Apartment Drawings & Road Drawings.
• My role will be work on manufacturing the team uses an architectural desktop package which allows them to do work in 2D & 3D including
visualizations and walkthroughs.
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations,
specification sheets and other data.
• Layout and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-added drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects.
• Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under
architect's supervision.
• Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Preparing design of construction plan for road works, storm water management as per city or county standards entailing India, USA, etc.
• Civil engineering design works including utility (sanitary sewer and water line.etc) design and drafting works.
• Land development related design works like earth work and grading of site etc. for clients of both domestic and international organizations.
• Architectural drafting works which also includes some part of HVAC and piping works.
• Accountable for designing:
 Sub-divisions, Commercial, Industrial & Residential Projects using Autodesk Civil 3D, Land Development Desktop, Flow Master and Customized Spreadsheets
 Storm Water Management, Storm Drain System, Water Network & Sanitary Sewers
 Concept & site plans for Residential and Commercial Projects under different jurisdictions
 Intersection, layout & vertical profile and processing L-section, X-section & earthwork computations
• Creating road design for Commercial & Residential Projects
• Preparing the design of sub-divisions using Autodesk Civil 3D and Land Development Desktop
