• Leading a team of 7 infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Delegate tasks, tickets and projects assignment, setting deadlines and coordinating work resources.

• Handling Change Requests from assignment till delivery following best change management practices and methods.
• Manage and Administer Microsoft Azure cloud Environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring and security.
• Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure
• Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.

• On-prem to Azure migration projects for multiple international companies
• Building Azure infrastructure and environment from scratch.
• Migrating users, machines and infrastructure to Azure cloud.
• Exchange on-prem upgrade from 2010 to 2016
• Migrating Exchange on-prem to Exchange Online
• Online Migration: Cross tenant migration of mailboxes, Sharepoint and Teams sites
• Configuring 3rd party mail filtering solutions (Mimecast, Fusemail)
