Sales Target achievement on monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis. This achievement planning is based on forecasting Area-wise, Customer-wise and Brand-wise for better control and to achieve and exceed the set targets.
Develop and execute strategies for new business development with particular focus on new Product Launches.
Maximizing the growth of core and local strategic brands and optimizing portfolio management.
Ensure sales target/revenue and growth is met on a quarterly and annual basis or within the defined timeframe
Develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles in sales operations activity and procedures
Keep track record of Sustainable achievements, driving the product portfolio to be the Best Performing among the top 3 in the company on Quarterly, YTD and MAT Basis (ref. IMS)
Establish a market and customer/channel oriented business vision and portfolio strategy to ensure delivery of top and bottom line results.
Accountable for targets, customer revenue, tracking results and profitability of all channels as well as customer retention.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize cross selling opportunities at every customer touch point and integrate new business and service processes to optimize the service offered and maximize return on investment.
Ensure effective control of marketing results; take corrective action to guarantee that achieving marketing objectives stays within budget. Accelerate growth with early investment plan that ensure proper return on investment
Design and implement marketing initiatives with strong impact on the sales and documented return on investment
Pioneering CRM - Customer Relation Management, PSP - Patient Support Programs and Market Access initiatives across the country.
Excellent networking and professional relationships with the key decision makers of UAE including personal contacts with KOL’s
Represent Julphar at conferences such as Arab Health, International Surgical & Medical Conferences across UAE, GCC Oncology conference, GCC healthcare congress and the likes
Communicate customer expectations internally to the higher Management. Build long term relationships with customers, act with integrity and build trust and credibility.
Understand competitor strategies, capabilities to better position products advantageously. (Market feedbacks on competitor activities-collect, analyze, and make interpretation on their activities).
Identify and develop services & solution offerings, sales planning and strategies.
Collate and submit sales reports and analysis. Collate and present the sales team performance to management.
Responsible for recruitment, training and development, ensuring that team of sales professionals are fully equipped and motivated to meet and exceed current expectations and sales targets provide direction and leadership while acting in the capacity of mentor.
Develop internal induction and sales training programs for new member
Maximizing teamwork and co-operation within
Presentations on product updates to group of doctors, Pharmacists and other medical faculty.
Preparing and implementing business plans
Be accountable for developing quality relationships with new customers and for establishing partnerships in areas that will help Julphar obtain greater market access.
Participate in establishing account based partnership strategies and programs.
Support in the development and implementation of customer management tools e.g. Targeting, Key Account Management
Produce weekly pre-call plan and report visits and other activities using existing reporting system.
