 Working as a “Technical Project Manager” for capacity expansion or new VAS product implementation.
 Plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and equipment.

 Analyze keenly the daily reports like traffic report, busy hour report, signaling utilization report, network performance report. - Review project resources plan, determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources.
