Roles and Responsibilities:
• Directed and supervised all the functions of the distribution of the clients. Western Reign KSA.
• Provided support and information to My Team with the necessary information’s regarding the company business update.
• Prepared necessary monthly reports of the team performance and stock, for effective inventory monthly basis and reporting to management.

• Ensured that organizational policies are adhered to by all employees and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) being followed.

• Ensured that consignments are packed as per specifications, and properly insured for the Remote area staff.
• Coordinated with compensation department for investigating and settling compensation claims
• Assigned duties and responsibilities to staff on shift
• Coordinated between regional branches for integrated services
• Daily Basis Monitor the productivity of the Team through Cognos.
• Daily monitor the stock Reconciliation through the B2T Report.
• Handle all the Western Area KSA more than 70 Technicians directly handled there EKTS Vacation ETC.
