• Prepared and presented team members and collaborated with other members with their naming convention, as well as the route and usage and other major properties, and how to use it on the Atlas tool.
• Was the POC for sharing information on such routes, even had worked on US, Austria, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, etc.

Project: Talent Acquisition Strategies The Project Talent Acquisition Strategies over all deals with the centralized management of database across the different branches of the organization. They interact with the centrally located database which records the information about the Employee Information, Performance Evaluation of the Employees, Customers Information, Credit, and Debit Card Transaction Details. The Main importance behind this automation is to keep track of the Employee performance of each employee, which again can retrieve the sales of the organization, Motivate the employees by evaluating their performance and awarding them bonus points against their target achievement and the system even ease the work of the Management for their further appraisals of the employees. The main functionality of the Employee Evaluation is as follows, the Complete Business team is divided into two cadres, and they are Business Manger and Business Executives. The main nature of work of Business Manager is to coordinate, motivate, encourage, guide their subordinate executives to direct them in proper way to achieve their targets and succeed to get fruitful customers and increase the sale of the organization, once their Executives fulfill their job then the Business Manager attains the target and get good Incentives and good reputation to the company. Where as the Business Executives are also given certain targets and assign some cards to be done, hence once they achieve their targets and do more cards then they will get good incentives and that credit even matters to their hierarchy. This system helps in recording information about individual branches and their transactions; it generates reports like Monthly Sales Report, Monthly Transactions Report, and Executive Performance Reports which aids to the Organizations Decision Support System.
Project: Enterprise Standards Evaluation and Certification ESEC (Enterprise Standards Evaluation and certification) is a project designed to automate the work process (from client making an enquiry to maintaining ISO 9000 certificate information) in a ISO 9000 certificate issuing agency. The certificate issuing agency must be able to manage clients information through enquiry, quotation, audits, and certificates issued and ESEC managers must also be able to maintain other supporting data (e.g. ESEC users). This is an Intranet/ Internet Project developed for the Quality Assessors India Pvt. Ltd. This organization is involved in auditing Organizations going in for ISO certifications. The project keeps track of various activities, like the auditors associated, their affiliations, organizational data, certification information, and surveillance information. Various reports are generated monthly/yearly wise, auditor wise, organization wise, surveillance wise, Quotation wise etc. The entire project is divided into six main modules. They are as follows 1. Enquiry 2. Quotation 3. Audit info/surveillance 4. Auditors 5. Administration 6. Reports
