 DCH -Dubai creek harbour
Design of Electrical & telecom works of Infrastructure developments, an iconic project (include new proposed world tallest tower) at Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH), Dubai. The developments include 400KV grid substation ( TCL =2644 MW), 15 nos. Primary substation 132KV network and 11KV & LV distribution network, pumping station and telecom design work of Infrastructure developments accommodating observation tower world highest tower, Hotel, mall, retails, offices, apartment and communities with world class amenities.

Scope of work: - Infrastructure design.

Design of Infrastructure work, medium and low voltage electricity networks design and load estimation, 400KV super grid, 132/11KV primary substation (PSS) within the vicinity of the development according to the proposed Master Plan, The Master Plan of the proposed Development consists of the following land use:
1. Logistics/ light industrial Park
2. Worker accommodation
3. Service hubs.
4. Civic facilities, Utility Plots and Public Open Space

Scope of work: - Infrastructure design.

 ARAMCO ENERGY INDUSTRIAL, KSA,
Design of Electrical infrastructure developments facilities including pump stations to provide power supply to EIC Project satisfying reliability level of Single Contingency (N-1) which is a double circuit on a single tower, and each circuit capable of carrying 100 % of the contracted load. SAUDI ARAMCO is developing an Energy Industrial City (EIC) located in the Abqaiq region. The ultimate power requirement (contracted load demand) at EIC under this Project is estimated to be 300 MVA. The proposed interconnection is adequate to supply the total contracted demand of 300 MVA. Any power demand beyond this contacted load (300 MVA) is subject to study and evaluation.

The project scope is master planning, design and construction supervision of eleven Saudi community developments. These sites are spread across the kingdom and encompass some 32 Million Sq Meters for 500, 000 new affordable housing communities for Saudi Nationals.
