Proper implementation of ISO 9001, QC inspection for instrumentation / electrical system as per method statement, inspection test plan and project specification.
Review and implementation of MS’s and ITP’s. Routine Area Surveillance for the E&I Construction activities on Site.
Receiving MRIR from contractor’s and inspection of all loose electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical along with relevant accessories material according to purchase order, Packing list, and client relevant specification and requirement.
Performed surveillance of contractor’s activities and ensure that all Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom installation were carried-out in accordance to the approved construction drawings and specifications, procedures, instructions and in compliance to the project specification and related International Standard.
Coordinate with the construction and mechanical completion, safety and other concerned departments for QA/QC inspection activities.
Regular reporting to QC Manager discussion with on any major issues which required immediate action.
Daily monitoring the testing and quality inspection activity. Monitoring the performance of work to ensure that the contractor assigns the appropriate resources to execute the work to required quality, standard and within the agreed schedule.
Proper implementation of project quality plan (PQP), QCP and ITP in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 series. Review and approve all quality related procedure and process management of QA/QC department and personal.
Control of non-conformance (NCR) and liaise with the sub-contractor on all QA/QC related issues.
Conduct preliminary inspection, make punch list and submit to sub-contractor construction dept. for rectification.
Update the daily inspection reports and dispatch the punch list to the sub-contractor’s to rectify.Conducted Daily QA/QC meetings with subcontractor related Quality issue.

Performed the installation inspection of LV/HV Transformer. Performed the installation inspection of motor, air-blower, Centrifugal Pump, submersible pump etc.Performed the installation inspection of lighting panel, HVAC Panel, Junction Box, Distribution panel, etc.Performed the witness inspection of cable dressing, cable trench, and cable glanding & termination.Performed the installation inspection of lighting system.Performed the installation inspection of neutral earth system.
Performed the installation inspection of UG/AG cables, Earthing cable laying and cad- weld connection before backfilling.
Inspection of Electrical Testing Activities:
Continuity & Insulation Resistance Test of LV / MV cables in all stages. Hi-Pot Test of HV cables. (6.6 KV).

Performed inspection of winding resistance, IR- tests of motor.Performed witness inspection of Polarization Index & absorption test of Motor.
