(NSPP) Secretariat controls all the training activities of Civil Servants in its constituent and integral Units, through out Pakistan. This is a premium and the most prestigious Training and Teaching Institution for the Civil Servants in Pakistan with over 25000 employees. I was nationwide head of this department. My job responsibilities included monitoring all the training activities, man power, training facilities and coordination between IUs and CUs of NSPP and its secretariat, administrative, financial, human resource matters, monitoring of projects in progress and in pipe line. Organizing all training conferences, monitoring of minutes of meetings at all the IUs and CUs, executive committee and BOG, putting up their decisions and progress to the rector fort nightly, preparation of annual training progress reports. Compiling of the records of the course reports that included collection, consolidation and analysis of data received from all the IUs and CUs, submission to the establishment division, follow up with establishment division for nominees of officers detailed for the next course, representation on course reports, maintenance of its record, preparation of expected dates of next courses in all institutes through out Pakistan to the dean, rector and to the establishment division two months in advance to the commencement of the respective courses, performance evaluation reports of the employees.
