• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
• Identify customer needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
• Prepare monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information and trends.
• Providing and interpreting financial information.
• Handle customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.
• Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets.
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
• Analyzing competitors and market trends.
• Migrate customers to various channels (PB, IB, ATM, cheque deposit box, SMS).
• Ensure that brochures are up to date and in place.
• Carry/handle efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix and relevant P&P.
• Adhere to Branch Operating Model.
• Carry out any task requested by BM.
• Generate new business to achieve the defined sales target.
• Perform the financial activities for different type of accounts and oversee the banking duties.
• Analyzing financial statements for customer's accounts.
• Process all new account transactions, and assist customers in their financial services and selection of various accounts.
• Perform branch clerical duties, such as opening, maintaining and closing various account types and deposits.
• Promote the sales of the retail banking products.
• Enhance the public relation between the bank and the other companies to communicate and seek new businesses.
• Liaison with other departments such as Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Mortgage loan, Pay Roll, Credit operation, Branches to ensure high standards of customer services.
• Build relationship with existing customers through periodic follow ups for maximum retention of clients and promotion of other bank services.
• Report to the management the changes in policies of other competitors in order to compete in the market and meet the goals.
• Follow up the leads and meet up with the clients.
• Understand and implement various sales techniques.
• Prepare and develop a list of prospective clients through cold calls.
• Maintain and update a databank of all prospective customers.
