Mohammad Zeid AL-Nabulsi

• Working in Aljabr General Contracting Company (Saudi Arabia) as a technical manager since March 20022 until now and working for the following projects:
1) King Faisal Air Academy, Majma’ah.
2) Hawiay Life Style Park Mall.
3) Aljouf Administration Building.
4) Rita Soft Drink Factory.

My scope of work is:

- Reviewing with the technical team the design and submitting proposal with comments.

- Preparing with technical team all required calculations to execute the job according to international codes and engineering formulas.

- Preparing the shop drawings and the coordinate drawings for site work.

- Preparing the submittals for all materials which will be installed according to project specifications and standards.

- Support the site team to remove all impediments and obstacles.

- Prepare all required to facilitate the project handing over to the consultant and client.

• Working in Aljabr General Contracting Company (Saudi Arabia) as a project manager and technical manager since June 2016 until February 2022 for the following projects:
1) Dareen Mall - plot 4
2) Enrichment Schools
3) Auditorium Building
4) Karawan Business Park - Marriott Hotel Tower and Almajdoui offices tower.
5) Bachelour Housing - King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
6) Al Mouwasat Hospital Tower 2 - Dammam.

My scope of work is:

- Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all commercial, technical, financial and administrative functions of the assigned project. Ensure that the project meets or exceeds the objectives set out in these plans.

- Responsible for following up on the instructions and companies associated with the project. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings to support clients.

- Work with the lead project individual to develop and implement action plans to correct potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes in scope of work.

- Supervise a multidisciplinary project management team and provided support and guidance in efficient completion of all project tasks and works, maintain all project records and documentation and prepare monthly reports as well as ad hoc reports required by the owner.

- Reviewing with the technical team the design and submitting proposal with comments.

- Following up with technical team the technical workflow to maintain the project within the planned schedule and avoiding any effect on the site work.

- Chair weekly/ monthly progress meetings.

- Follow-up to the weekly meeting to review the status of the project and supervised all mechanical and electrical works ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, and quality norms.

- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and main subcontractors.

• Working in Saudi Arabia (Dammam and Jubail) in Baseelah Mechanical Works Company as HVAC engineer in Royal Commission project phase 7 / C12 (396 Villa and 2 Mosques), phase 9 / C15 (233 Villas and one Mosque) from August 2012 until May 2016 and do the following:

- Reviewing the design of HVAC system and submitting proposal with comments.

- Preparing the shop drawings and the coordinate drawings for site work.

- Preparing the submittals for all materials which will be installed according to project specifications and standards.

- Arranging the work according to project schedule and preparing teams to execute the job.

- Making inspection with consultant inspector for the executed work and preparing accomplishment accordingly.

• Working as designer and supervision engineer in Scope Company (MEP Design Studio), from (May/2010) until (October/2011) and do the following:

- Design the mechanical systems of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning), Fire Fighting, Drainage system, Water System and Swimming pools.

- Sharing with team to design huge projects like Madaba Hotel, Wadi Al Shita Hotel and many small projects like Villas, Shops and Residences.

- Supervising for the mechanical services in the new extension of Golden Tulip Hotel.

- Account the quantities and prepare the Bill of quantity (BOQ) for the designed projects.

- Pricing the mechanical materials and their works for the designed projects and adding them to BOQ.


• Working as site mechanical engineer in project (Hotel village youth) with Jahshan company for engineering and contracting and in project (Saraya Aqaba) to follow up the mechanical services of Drainage system, Water system, HVAC system and Fire Fighting system from (March/2009) until (September/2009).

• Practical Training of Engineering in Structural Contracting Company as site mechanical engineer in the new building project of Yarmouk University for Graduation.
