Preparing request for proposal and terms of references that belongs to the project management and design consultancy services for Asharqia chamber tower project .
- complete and submit the project master schedule and management plan .
- estimate the project budget .
- selection of the project manager and designer ( conduct public invitation, preparing the
prequalification form and criteria, do prequalification of the interested consultants,
Issue of request for proposal ( RFP ), receiving consultant proposals and evaluation ) .
-Following up the design development stages and reviewing drawings ( concept, schematic and design development .
-Holding the meetings with the project consultants & Contractors .
-following up, Mentoring & supervise all site construction work and inspections .
- preparing weekly, monthly reports and cash flow.
- preparing all invoices submitted by the designer and contractors to the client .
- following up the project manager for all deliverables and files needed to the client .
- handing over procedures, closing and operation team management .

- conduct material testing as concrete, soil and using surveying equipment in laboratories
- Site inspection of all constructions in the university and ensure that the work is as per the specifications .
Job description : site engineer in al-salt new hospital project
-Follow up the reinforced concrete works, inspection before casting foundations, columns, slabs and finishing .. etc ,
- Prepare bar bending schedules, calculate all quantities and sent to the factory of steel .
- Prepare shop drawings for concrete, steel ( foundations, plans, columns, slabs, eternal works and sections, , , etc. ) and formwork
-follow up finishing work as plastering, tiles, bricks and stone .
-follow up with design engineer of architecture and structural updated drawings for minor changes as per site requirements needed
-make a design for slabs, waffles, columns and foundations
Work place: al-salt new hospital project -approximate budget (40million JOD ) .
