Job responsibility
• Manage manpower & production activities, plans.
• Oversee daily production activities
• Monitor & manage the inventory & the usage of raw materials and WIP materials
throughout the full process.
• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled, and Finished Goods are delivered on time
• Develop and implement strategic production plans
• Establish initiatives to increase production output and reduce waste
• Drive to reduce production cost.
• Prepare development plans for production staff.
• Represent company on behalf of management when needed.
• Coordinate between production & other sections
• Agree with Maintenance the necessary preventive maintenance plans
• Follow the budget guidelines & monitor expenses and control the budget for production.
• Issue periodic production reports showing downtime, overtime, shutdown, cost …etc.
• Drive the culture of continuous improvement in Production.
• Develop and implement production procedures
• Ensure that Production facilities are kept within the company’s 5S guidelines - carry out
inspections as needed.
• Manage relationships with procurement, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure that production works are carried out within the company’s health & safety
guidelines
• Delivering training for operators & supervisors.
• Responsible for closing the period of month through SAP system.
• Reviews and approves any updates on the operating standard manuals, procedures and
plans.
• Power Users on SAP system.
• Follow up the rate of production for each machine.
• Responsible about the dashboard of the whole plant.
