Infrastructure Engineer and inspectors to supervised construction of all Infrastructure related work according to specifications, method statement and approved shop drawings of treated water net work, Reviewing and gives approval of all contractors’ submittals shop drawings, method statements, RFI, WIR, and PTW. Site data collections and preparing all progress reports, tracking schedules, and material approval.Checking contractor work inspections with inspectors, recording and documentations. Fully report to the managements regarding all the construction related items like preparing all NCR, SOR, redesign works. Receive pressure tests according to project specifications.
Components of the project: air valve chambers, wash valve chambers, Butterfly chambers, water hammer treatment tanks, pipes: GRP and carbon steel.
Assist NWC project management team in the monitoring and management of various projects within Jeddah, Makkah & Taif and will have the following duties;
•Main scope of work is to to assist in delivering the capital program for JCBU & MTCBU. This includes the provision of management consultancy expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure and relevant business areas to support its Strategic Transformation initiatives.
•Participate in reviewing design documents submitted by consultants Monitor and report contractor activities.
•Participate in reviewing and verifying compliance with the Master Plan if requested.Assist NWC project/ program manager with the management of their projects.
•Monitor and report design consultants activities as needed.
•Participate in preparing design drawings and report when requested.
•Participate in preparing RFP for consultancy services and for Design and Build contracts.
•Ensure that customers quality requirments are met for products and services provided, by verifying compliance with quality program requirments.
•Periodically conducts detailed uadits ti assess the level of compliance with QM system, policies, proceduers, and related -quality activities .
•Recommended and ensure implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues, in coordination with JBUC management.
•Act as liaison with customers . contractor and / or external stkeholders on quality related matters..
•Promote the importance of key aspects of continuous improvement (KPI, Method statements, ITPs, form, check list, etc) and coordinate the implementation in all projects.
Review and approve the contractors quality plan & materials submissions.
•Review and approve ITPs, Method statements, etc. as required on the project.
•Arrangement Weekly meetings with the Owner and the main contractor for the project (meeting minutes) and the development and the most important of the contractor's commitment to the program schedule of the project and to find immediate solutions to the problems - as is the approved of a review of all materials and submittals contractor shop drawings necessary for the workflow the project.
•Review and approved for Contractor requests in accordance with contract specifications such as: IFC’s, method statements, suppliers & materials submittals.
•Action exploratory borings to detect ground services to determine the path of the lines.
•Installation of Albazumitrut deeply by design to follow-up water levels.
•Drilling deep and shallow wells for water suction before starting excavations.
•Weekly and monthly reports preparation
•Invoice preparation.

•Inventory quantities for the project.
•Review and approve all submitted materials by the contractor.
•Review and process all the suppliers, vendors and sub-contractor prequalification and approval.
•Ensure compliance of used materials with the project drawings, specifications codes and standards.
•Participate in construction quality control.
•Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.
•Analyze the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the Senior Resident Engineer.
•Maintain records of test results and all taken corrective actions.
•Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.
•Ensure very close and clear coordination with the team activities with the other construction supervision staff and solving any problem on site related to materials and quality.
•Follow up and verify implementation of corrective actions.
•Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval and stored in a proper manner.
•Responsible for the quality assurance procedures and the materials inspection and testing procedures.
