Facilities & Administration Tasks:
• Supervise the service contractors to provide the best facilities maintenance, hospitality,
Cleaning, security, Administration and building space management services in region
• Periodic monitoring of the service provided by the contractor in line with the agreed SLA
• responsible for overseeing the work done by the technicians and coordinators who
are required to install, maintain daily operation.
• Managing the small projects.
HR Tasks:
• Implementation and adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Handling Public relation internal & external activities such as Eid gathering, campaigns, special offers, giveaways, and more.
• Provide high quality of service, Insure employee’s satisfaction.
• Managed, organized and supervision all hiring processes from start-to-finish - recruiting candidates, assessing resumes, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding all new employees

• Coordinates whole meeting rooms.
• Provide high quality of service by answering calls to reach customer satisfaction.
• Manage the DHL account whether Outgoing or incoming shipments.
• Handling and maintain materials stock and perform Annual Inventory.
• Receiving materials and entering the vender’s invoices.
• Issuing invoices & PO’s for customers/suppliers.
