• Cost estimation, BID preparation, Tender working and compliance statement of commercial UPS, DC chargers,
• Maintain minimum profit margins as approved by management estimating project costs (over heads business). ensure minimum margin levels are achieved, whilst respecting market price levels.
• Prepare quotations which define the technical solution proposed both technical and commercial.
• Customer clarifications / queries are timely replied. Also, revisions are prepared & offers are updated as per change in the requirement and increase profit margin.
Project Name: PCMC Hospital, Akudi pune. Responsibility:
•Installation, testing & commissioning of PCC panel MCC panel, PDB, LDB.
•Installation testing & Commissioning of DG.
•Installation, testing & commissioning of Street light poles.
•Lighting calculation for various building
•Termination of Electrical Cable in Multi-Store Building According to Electrical Drawing & Installation of electrical energy Meter.
•Coordinating with client regarding electrical work.
•Coordinating with design team and design engineer regarding electrical installation system.
•Selection of electrical and other major component.
•Handling all technical team.
•Preparing daily progressive report.
•Inspection of incoming electrical raw materials
•Making material requirement sheets and ensuring adequate usage.
•Implementation of all document.
•Conducting weekly meeting with contractor and clients.
•Guide sub-ordinate and work for improving productivity.
•Preparing measurements details.
•Handling billing and verifying measuring quantities to client.
•Planning, distribution and monitoring of job by layout and system drawings.
Responsibility:
•Construction, Erection, stringing of 33 KV Distribution Line, Link Line as per drawing Approved MSEDCL.
•Installation of Underground cables like 33KV cable, 11KV cable etc.
•Construction, Erection of DTC (Distribution Transformer center) as per drawing approved by MSEDCL.
•Supervise installation of complete electrical and low voltage materials.
•Supervise installation of 33KV HV overhead lines.
•Co-ordination with client and consultant for getting approval clearance before and after installation of equipment's.
•Preparing daily activities, pending jobs, check list as built drawings, checking of sub-contractor bills and certification.
•Procurement of Transformer, CT & PT, Isolator, steel poles (8m, 9m, 12m), steel (8mm, 10mm, 12mm), Conductor cement & Sand at site.
•Planning and forecasting of Material usage, Man Power Consumption, material requirement etc., well in advance and update the Project manager.
•Monitor and manage & maintain project status reports (Daily, weekly & monthly).
•Handling more than 5 Contractors and supervisors.
•Construction erection and stringing of 11KV transmission line.
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•Site survey and drawing SLD and co-ordinate with labors.
