*Responsible for preparation of accurate and complete estimation for competitive bid / Tender.
Review and interpret correctly ITB / Tender documents including Drawings, project specifications, (Bill of quantities) BOQ from client, contractual conditions, site conditions, related to the project to develop a competitive bid.
*Raise clarifications to the client/consultants for any discrepancy or missing data in tender documents.
*Conduct site/tender walkthrough to cross reference drawings to avoid site interferences and identify proactive solutions.
*Collect the data/information from the Benchmark projects and history of projects tendered & secured.
*Proactively participate & engage with relevant parts of organization in tender and estimating process.
*Ensuring that cost estimates conform to company guidelines and procedures.
*Coordinate with procurement department for requirement for new materials and material suppliers to obtain good quotation for materials.
*Co-ordinating with Project Managers & Project Engineers to ensure correct implementation of cost estimating procedures and requirements.
*Preparing Cost estimate for materials, direct manpower productivity rates for estimating the cost of labor, indirect man-hours, equipments & site establishment for the bid.
*Ensure accuracy and recognize any areas where costs may be saved.
*Organize and run cost review meetings as required during the tender period and getting approval for submission of bid from designated authorities
*Ensure timely submission of bid before the due date.
*Support in risk and contingencies analysis, benchmarking analysis, cash flow analysis.
*Arrange a handover meeting with Project / Operations team after award of job.
*Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Budgeting & Cost Control.
*Preparation of Bar chart, Resources allocation, Manpower, Material & Equipment.
*Responsible for generation of Cash-flow diagram.
*Responsible for the generation of Manpower histogram.
*Responsible for progress measurement based on Physical inspection & Percentage % complete.
*Responsible for Earned Value Management for billing.
*Responsible for Delay analysis (Comparison of current with the target)
*Responsible for Critical path analysis to alarm against potential delays to the higher management.
*Responsible for supporting Tendering department, Procurement department & Construction department.
*Attending weekly Co-ordination meetings.
*Generation of Scheduled Performance Index (SPI)
*Reporting and circulating weekly & monthly report to the concerned departments.
*Review of piping isometric drawings, P&I D and Piping Layouts.
*Review of drawings, Fabrication & erection of piping systems.
*Piping spool Fabrication and spools erection.
*Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.
*Monitoring of Site work progress, coordinating with project manager and contractor, Participates in on-going Projects.
*Selection of primary and secondary support.
*Involve in Fit up & Weld Visuals inspection.
*Preparing for Hydro test & Pneumatic & flushing done as per standard.
*Review Plot Plan, Equipment Layout and Piping Layout based on applicable Codes & Standard and Client requirements.
I have passed Bachelor's In Mechanical Engineering in First Class Division
