Projects: Roads and Infrastructure in west Muaither (Al Manaseer) - Package -02
Scope of Work: Earthworks, Construction of Ground water, Foul Sewer, TSE Network by open trenches and micro Tunneling. Landscaping, Street Lighting, Roads and paving, Improving Utilities (Telecom, Potable Water & Electrical works) in Muaither area.
Job Responsibility:
▪ Surveying of areas for existing services and Preparing Trial Pits to get the levels of the existing services
to check for clash analysis.
▪ Monitoring and executing landscape works (Hard & Soft Landscapes) scopes such as Interlock, Kerb stones,
Plantations.
▪ Monitoring and executing Structural Elements (Chamber & Thrust Block) Construction including Bar Bending
Schedule, Formwork, Reinforcement & Repairing after post pour, Rendering and finishing works.
▪ Construction of shallow utilities Wet Utilities (Potable Water & Gullies) & Dry utilities (Telecommunication,
Electrical Ducts)
▪ Co-ordination with Technical team for any change or revision in designs/drawings.
▪ Co-ordination with Telecom Authority for telecom network construction and inspection.
▪ Co-ordination with Sub-Contractors for Materials supply & work Quality compliance.
▪ Attending meetings with Clients for quality compliance and Co-ordination with concurrent contractors.
▪ Preparing of Daily & Weekly construction reports.
Projects: Design and Build for FIFA Readiness Project-7 Surface and ground water Network @ Onaiza and Markhiya Scheme.
Scope of Work: Construction of Ground water and Foul Sewer Network by open trenches and micro Tunneling @ Onaiza and Markhiya area. Scope includes Installation of RC & GRP Pipe, Construction ofManholes & Gullies, Shaft
segments installation.
Job Responsibility:
▪ Commissioning and as built for existing utilities preparation for design calculations.
▪ Surveying the areas for any existing services and Preparing Trial Pits to get the levels of the existing
services for clash analysis.
▪ Determining soil conditions and protecting trenches using shoring or Trench Boxes if required.
▪ Execution of Earth works such as excavation of Trenches, Manholes & Micro-Tunneling Shaft, Backfilling of
trench & Shafts.
▪ Execution of Structural work (Manhole, Shaft segment installation & Constructions and Post pour inspections for
the structural elements). Finishing works such as Rendering (Epoxy) & GRP Laminations.
▪ Installation of gullies, Kerb Stones, Interlock stones and Asphalt laying.
▪ Attending meetings with Clients for quality compliance and Co-ordination with concurrent contractors
▪ Co - ordinating with site team for Quality and Safety Compliance at work site.
▪ Coordination with Technical Team for any change or revision in designs/drawings.
▪ Making reports actively.
