Handled both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions within Sri Lankas largest engineering consultancy. Pre-contract work included preparation of detailed BOQs, quantity take-off using PlanSwift and AutoCAD, rate analysis, and competitive tender submissions for civil, MEP, fit-out, and landscaping projects. Post-contract responsibilities covered interim payment applications, joint measurements, variation claim preparation and negotiation, subcontractor payment management, and contractual correspondence. Coordinated with clients, consultants, procurement, and site teams to maintain cost control, ensure contractual compliance, and support project cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
