• Ensure the establishment of the quality system and its implementation and maintenance in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17020 International Standard. • Shall be the appointed as MR for ISO 17020 activities. • Report on the performance of the quality system to the General Manager/ CEO for review as a basis for improvement of the quality system. • Organize Management Review meetings. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the quality system as required by procedures. • Establish and control the document and data control system. • Establish the overall internal quality audit plan and co-ordinate with auditors. • Initiate follow-up audit activities in order to verify and record the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive action taken. • Report the results of internal audits, corrective and preventive actions and the overall effectiveness of the quality system to the Managing Director. • Control distribution of the quality system manual, procedures and documents. • Orientation to the new employees about company policy & management system. • Handling the customer complaints and deriving corrective and preventive actions by analyzing the root cause. • Assisting GM for taking action to make every effort necessary to ensure the implementation and compliance with impartiality policy and to take strict action if there is any risk to impartiality.

Develop, implement, and manage quality processes and procedures
to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and
company quality policies.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to maintain consistent
product quality.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of quality control inspectors
and technicians.
Delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and provide ongoing
feedback to team members.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality
manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality
records.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Stay current with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA,
GMP) and ensure that the organization complies with them.
Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections by
regulatory agencies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
gains within the quality control department.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address
quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure adherence to established
quality control processes.
Participate in supplier audits.
Lead or contribute to quality-related projects, such as new product
launches or process improvements.
Effectively communicate quality standards, policies, and
expectations to team members and other relevant departments.

Preparation and controlling chemical reagents and standard solutions.
Collect samples from assigned shift in order to perform quality tests
regularly.
Evaluating and inspecting suppliers.
Ensuring that stringent food safety standards are met.
Controlling production hygiene and quality control standards.
Edible oils physical, cold refining processes.
Edible oils blending and packaging processes.
Perform all quality tests, records of tests and results.
Oil seeds & cake subjected to quality evaluation.
Crude & Refined edible subjected to quality evaluation.
Chemicals & raw materials used in oil refining.
Monitoring the use of Oil additives.
Testing fuels (Gasoline and Furnace).
Refined oil (chemical & physical) testing.

Inspect and evaluate raw materials, packaging materials upon receiving.
Responsible for production of high-quality product.

Approve\Release to pass for next stage or hold it if none confirming
according to procedure and inspection plan specified.
Troubleshoot in - line problems to prevent quality issues.
