The Mall of Qatar Project: A five star shopping Mall with total budget of 4 Billion QR.
Responsible for 20000 square meter of the project as: • Responsible for the execution of the excavation plan and clearing the milestones in timely manner
• Responsible for the execution of Substructure works, all kind of footings (Isolated, retaining wall,
shear wall, Lift stations, Escalator Pits etc.) and Super structure works (columns, solid slabs, Ring
Beams..etc.)
• Working with different types of Scaffolding (cuplock system, DOKA, MKH)
• Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly Reports.
• Managing on site foreman and the distribution of labors.
• Working with the Technical Department for any technical challenges and nonconformity.
• Working and coordination with MEP Department, Survey Department and the Subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality of the delivered civil and structural works to comply with the general
specification, and method statement
• Ensure the project material complies with the material submittals approval.
• Works as quantity surveyor for the excavation, steel and concrete works.
• Managing all Project Activities in Night Shift.
Responsible for 8500 Square meter Post Tension Cinema Slab as of:
• Post Tension Materials ordering, quantities.
• Organize and manage the actual work on site in order to meet programs and quality standards set by the company.
• Review specifications/ drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
• Provide leadership to project /site staff in identifying and resolving disputes in order to meet contractual obligations.
• Assist in monitoring cost control measures on labor cost, material movement, material use and wastage in order to ensure productive work and continually reduce wastage;
• Set up project controls in order to monitor the work progress in comparison with the planned activities of the master schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors in order to ensure proper execution of construction works schedule in accordance with the approved shop drawings and project progress plan.
