Responsible to coordinate with the main contractor for all remaining mechanical that touch the availability of the plant and coordinate maintenance activities for the running units (projects still was going, one unit out of four units still not commissioned), with respect to the status of the project test packages and the project ECCs (Erection completion certificates) and the comments on the RFCs (request for commissioning) regarding pending issues.
Schedule for the preventive maintenance with refer to manufacturers recommendations and operation fault feedbacks.

Supervision & Monitoring of fabrication / erection) as per the ITP(inspection test plan/field quality plan) & project specification; interpretation of fabrication drawings; interpretation of the results of NDT and the assessment of the defects identified; final acceptance of product reviewing Test Packs.

Attending Factory Acceptance Tests and technical discussions with vendors/ 3rd parties for detailed engineering. (Pumps, Heaters, Drums and Turbines)
Conducted inspection of materials before fabrication including inspection of Structural Fabrication, Welding, Dimensions (all power house beams and columns were fabricated on site), and erection as per AWS D1.1. Alignment and verticality check and bolt tight check
Review and approved WPS, supporting PQR, welder list and WPQ especially for P91 & P22 for MS lines CRH, HRH extraction lines
Supervision for water system mechanical activities (intake system, pretreatment plan, Demn. plant, (GRP raw water supply lines).
Cooling towers & CW pumps &CW lines (supply & return)
Familiar working according to API 650, API 1104, (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME Section IX and ASME V & VIII).
Good knowledge of blasting & painting activities
Maintain continuous generation by monitoring the synchronized machines, Check the machine status and ensure that it will synchronize to grid when required. Inform the load dispatch centre (LDC) about the condition and the availability of the machines. Prepare the daily report
