IP Telephony Engineer
Manages the activities of the IP Telephony (IPT) Section
including Cisco and Avaya products operations and

quality assurance of activities/services of the section.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex IPT problems and acts
as technical focal point for major IPT problem resolution.
Take ownership of assigned projects and manage all
phases of project delivery including planning, network
staging, implementation, documentation, and handover.
Plans and executes complex network upgrade and network
migration activity.
