Reporting to engineering management manager, I responsible for:
1-1- Preparing maintenance plans for all company machines:
A -plastics lines including:
- Pp extruder
- Pet extruder
- Pp thermoforming iml.
- Pet thermoforming
B- Printing lines including.
2- Organizing participation with foreign technicians to install new equipments.
3- Assurance of executing the approved preventive maintenance plans
to optimize equipment reliability, ensuring timely and efficient
implementation of the plans
POSITION
Maintenance engineer " "
Reporting to soap branch maintenance manager with 15 technicians, I am responsible for:
1- Implementing the preventive actions according to plan for production lines machines specially packaging machines like:
1- Flow rape machine for soap.
2- ACMA for soap.
3-dettol bottles filling machines.
4- HARPIC BOTTLES filling machines.
2 - Executing the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan.
3 - Participating in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the set schedules, ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
4 - Applying and implementation of instructions for the ISO and t he completion of all ISO related paperwork.
5-Following-up on the regular maintenance scheduled of production machines.
