senior maintenance supervisor in direction of multi-craft tasks required for operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and infrastructure within the embassy compound to include both routine and emergency response.
2- Responsible for activity of all facilities craftsmen serving the embassy compound in the absence of the senior maintenance supervisor
3- assigns approved work orders and schedule preventive maintenance work to staff and oversees their completion
4-Ensure the scheduled maintenance tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
5-Perform periodic checks, maintenance, and repairs on various systems, components, and equipment including chillers, cooling towers, pumps (chilled, condenser, domestic and sewage), BMS, Air Handling Units, refrigerators, freezers and plumbing system.
Part Time :
1- HVAC design Including BTU sheet, A.H.Us. Zoning, air balance, schematic and control drawings, duct & Pipe design and drawings and duct fixture.
2- Contractors Evaluation, review and approve material submittals, review and approve HVAC shop drawings and As Built drawings.
3- Supervise, coordinate, monitors and inspect the contractors work for installation and receive work according to design specification.
4- Design HVAC system for Pharmaceutical industries factories such as AUG, Al Andalus, Egyphar, Sigmatech, MUP, Kahira, Rameda, Mepaco, Memphis and Misr for pharmaceutical industries.
5- Design HVAC system for Pharmaceutical industries to include sterile areas and non-sterile areas. (Ampule, tablet, Syrup, Ointment, vials, warehouses (packaging and finished products), Eye drops, Beta lactam and cephalosporin)
maintanance for HVAC components ( chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, freezer room, cold rooms ), operation on BMS system, validation for HVAC ( Commissioning, IQ, OQ, PQ ), following and recieving work from the contractors for any extension, reviwing design for new extension, attend meetings with consultant and contractors, duct design and pipe design for any modification on systemin,
good knowledge of GMP

excution of maintanance and operation SOPs
maintanance for HVAC components ( chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, freezer room, cold rooms ), operation on BMS system, installation qualification ( IQ, OQ, PQ ) and commissioning of utility equipments,
