Reconstruction of Berths (26-31) Project at Jeddah Islamic Port with Hazim Consulting Office (Blockwork Quay Wall)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Main Role:
Follow up on the construction process to ensure works are executed in compliance with the baseline schedule, project specifications, project quality plan, and HSE plan.
Evaluate contractor’s schedules (baseline, updates & versions, 3 weeks look-ahead schedules, and E.O.T. requests) interacting with the planning department.
Maintain project documentation and data distribution according to the communication plan.
Review Payment certificates and approve them after verifying the quantities of completed works and verifying B.O.Q. rates.
Review contractor’s technical submittals (Shop drawings, Material Submittals in compliance with contract terms & conditions and specifications, and review field change documents as needed.
Lead and resolve interfaces & conflicts between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) interacting with the Engineering department.
Check variation order claims based on the terms of the contract.
Lead weekly progress meetings and technical meetings and ensure timely issuance of M.O.M. and follow-up action plans.
Provide Progress reports to management & Client as required.
Ensure all field engineers complete their daily checklists and actions as required.

Manage, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
