Main Role:
 Follow up on the construction process to ensure works are executed in compliance with the baseline schedule, project specifications, project quality plan, and HSE plan.
 Evaluate contractor’s schedules (baseline, updates & versions, 3 weeks look-ahead schedules, and E.O.T. requests) interacting with the planning department.
 Maintain project documentation and data distribution according to the communication plan.
 Review Payment certificates and approve them after verifying the quantities of completed works and verifying B.O.Q. rates.
 Review contractor’s technical submittals (Shop drawings, Material Submittals in compliance with contract terms & conditions and specifications, and review field change documents as needed.
 Lead and resolve interfaces & conflicts between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) interacting with the Engineering department.
 Check variation order claims based on the terms of the contract.
 Lead weekly progress meetings and technical meetings and ensure timely issuance of M.O.M. and follow-up action plans.
 Provide Progress reports to management & Client as required.
 Ensure all field engineers complete their daily checklists and actions as required.
