Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Managing budgets, spare parts stocks, and new big engineering projects to be established.
Follow-up & Supervising engineering and technical staff.
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and repairing equipment.
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislations.
arrange, organize, and follow-up welding works on site. Weld railway rods using these three welding techniques:
Flash butt welding.
Thermite (chemical) welding.
Pressure gas welding.
worked as a maintenance team member in crude oil central processing facilities (CPF) & field service facilities (FSF), main tasks and responsibilities are:
Assist the mechanical engineer to put the plans and schedules for maintenance.
Comply with scheduled maintenance plans and perform it in time.
Perform highly diversified duties to install, Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and overhaul of mechanical systems and equipment used in CPF & FSF, such as downhole equipment, pumps, generators, compressors, motors and valves.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during operation when needed.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
