Handle payroll, budget, medical and life insurance and other benefits for 250 Branches with average 3500 Employees.
Job Responsibilties:
• Perform daily payroll department operations.
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
• Issuing HR letters with salaries.
• Prepare job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications Management of KPIs.
• Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks.
• Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
• Develop financial and operational reporting as needed.
• Update and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Load import files received from HR (22 Branches) and (5 Plants) for 5500 Employees on Trends then SAP.
Handle Payroll and Personnel process from new hires, payroll process to the resigned for 600 employees by using Microsoft Excel then HITS DNA Solutions HRMS, For 23 projects Like:New Giza, Mall Misr, Cairo Mall, Maxim, Attaqa, Sodic, Up Town Cairo …etc
The Role:
The Payroll Officer undertakes all activities within HR to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Collect, process and communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary
Create and maintain accurate files and reports
Develop internal and external relationships to benefit the business
Review and make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to improve contribution to the business
Act as ambassador for department and company at all times
Ensure department complies with company, local market and legal policies, procedures and guidelines.
Works on ORACLE HRMS.
Assist in personnel tasks and new check up employees files & contracts.
Internal Tasks:
-New hiring procedures., Assist in entrying data for all new hiring (HITS System) Update the HITS system with any new updates such as termination, promotion, change of status, etc.., Prepare new Colleague contracts as required, Resigned and terminated employees procedures., Miscounduct Records., Permission and Misson, Handling, Attendance Report Reviewing and finger print, Filling Sick Leave, Vacation or Leave, & Miscounduct., Process Action Forms, including completing, distributing and filling. Handle staff ID regularly with each position.Prepare HR Letters for employees.Follow-up and monitor the contract renewal of employment contract on monthly basis for employees aslo the new contract for the new hired, , Follow up on Health Certificate renewal on monthly basis and take the necessary action in the case of any delay in the renewal, Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Human Resource department, Provide all office administration duties such as written correspondence, Letter Head and ordering office supplies, and, and Follow departmental policies and procedures.
External Tasks:
Social Insurance"Forms 1, 2 &6", Dealing with Labor Office, Miscounduct Report every 6 months, . Report of exemption health insurance and its own periodic Check up yearly, and Check balances from social insurance print then pay the debts balance at social insurance offices"Giza and Maadi" on monthly basis.
Mainly handling Payroll for a number of 4500 Workers approximately by using IBM Systems and Access Applications then I worked on HR Oracle system on Jan 2011"testing period before the life period".
-Handling Social Insurance matters.
- Coordinate in Recruiting the workers.
-handling the vacations and the method of its calculations.
the employee or personnel file and discharging forms
-coordinate in functional Hierarchy, its design and Job titles in English.
Calculate overtimes, bouneses or any related Payroll tasks
Work on Archive Application aslo I used ISO Forms.
