1- Reviewing, & analyzing the financial Statements, follow up & check its works & submit monthly reports to board of directors to aid in taking the appropriate decisions.
2- Supervising & follow up for an organizational framework & internal system for the company with the managers concerned.
3- Implementing the plans forecasted by the management board & follow up their implementation.
4- Setting Roles & Responsibilities to all managements & sections, to determine the rights & duties & the adopted procedures in case of violations, through the chosen legal management.
1- Organizing Board of directors meetings, to raising the necessary & detailed studies for the company's benefit & to aid in taking the appropriate decisions. 2- Supervising & follow up for an organizational framework & internal system for the company with the managers concerned. 3- Managing the employees & follow up all the company's financial & administrative issues. 4- Conducting specialized committees with regard to purchase of lands & real estates & to study them to cope with the company's interest. 5- Providing consultations, recommendations & all the company's affairs, such as financial or administrative, are including the budgets & the financial lists to the board of directors. 6- Holding periodic meetings with the departments & sections managers on weekly basis to follow up the developments, suspended affairs, achievements & notes to company to reconsider them & take the appropriate decisions.
