Designing new engineering products and processes.
Composite design calculations, layup sequence, material selection, and tool selection. Develop design and manufacturing processes for composites parts and assemblies for aerospace, defense, and railways applications. Experienced with Prepregs, CFRPs, GFRPs, and sandwich composite materials. Issuing part drawings, BOM, route cards, process plan, PFMEA, control plans for various projects. Regularly conduct and participate in design review and process review meetings, perform root cause analysis to solve problems. Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instruction documents for manufacturing processes and equipment. Work with cross-functional teams like SCM, QC, production, and project management to ensure smooth execution of projects. Testing and validating material characteristics by NDT and DT methods. Develop programs for CNC machining of parts. Interact with customers and vendors to understand manufacturing requirements and delivery objectives. Making models and drawings of products using CATIA V5 & Solid works. Knowledge of quality system models such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
I completed my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on understanding and solving real-world challenges. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on projects, I gained expertise in areas like thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and design principles. My education emphasized critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, preparing me for professional roles.
