1) Responsible for Synthetic detergent granules mixing and Packing operations, this includes leading all business critical measures systems starting from budgeting, people development; going through maintaining and improving the lines reliability and product quality and setting bench marking results in the Industrial Hygiene and Safety external audits.
2) Responsible for leading the market initiatives for the detergent business, especially new formulas. This is done through regular meetings with brand and sales organizations.
3) Responsible for Developing line and reliability Engineers to lead the operations work teams.
4) A member of the Plant Leadership Team, that is responsible for managing the general plant issues and decision making in all business / organizational issues.
5-Operating and managing the packing operation team.
6- Leading the packing operation team to achieve bench marking results in process reliability.
7- Playing key role in achieving outstanding results for Dammam plant in the fields of QA, safety and IWS (integrated work System) audits.
